Ken Kreider regularly counsels clients in real estate acquisition, development and finance matters, both local and national in scope. He also has extensive experience assisting clients with tenant in common projects and syndications, complex IRC 1031 transactions, and all aspects of real estate taxation. He has experience handling building code and historic preservation code matters, and negotiating agreements and dispositions for rail rights of way.
